snow day

April 8th 2010. Started out a lovely day.. I was wearing my new burberry flip flops-
5pm a ridiculous storm blows in, knocking out power at the center, leaving goalies on the ice in the dark - it never fails, Kevin ( my husbands birthday ) is next weekend - it ALWAYS snows around his birthday.. I guess spring can now officially start.
( the power only stayed out for 10 minutes, thank goodness.. ice starts to melt when there is no power :)

weekend plans

well, the plus 5 degrees is way better than the minus 23 we have had all week. So I am looking forward to getting outside and playing in the snow with the girls.

Snowmen, skating + hot chocolate. Sounds like a good weekend to me. xo
