hint of pink, exactly what I needed to see..

I've been throwing the idea of these shoes around for weeks.. but can't determine whether or not I really will wear pink shoes..this image just pushed me over the edge. Paired with jeans and cozy sweaters, they'll provide me with the perfect finish. ohh..imagine paired with grey or camel... :)

pretty please

I've sweetly suggested to my husband that for my upcoming birthday this month a new pair of TB flats would be lovely. My original black + gold pair are well worn ( out! ) but, I did wear them for 2 years, even through our winters. So this fall I'm thinking the soft pink would be amazing with a mid dark skinny jean and then for winter the black would work well with my daily love leggings :) So honey, the pink ones first please ;)

shoe pairings

Why on earth would you pair shoes and rooms you're probably asking. Easy, I tried an iPad last night, and ( gasp! ) I didn't like it. It made me dizzy. I need to look forward, not down, looking down at it made me feel kinda yucky. SO, that has me thinking about shoes again, which are also on my Christmas list. The rooms.. I like looking at great rooms :)

3 great contenders, top 2 are Pretty Ballerina's, and of course Tory Burch. I have adored my black ones, this blue is fun, and would be pretty cute even in the summer.

I used to say it was my favorite color when I was a little girl. More due to the fact that I think it was my sisters ;)

I am making up my own mind now, and I still love it. There is subtle evidence all through my house.. and the night shirt- it's Kayce Hughes ( and it's heaven, I love mine, Kevin doesn't mind it either, ha! )

I am all about comfort-

When Rikshaw Designs Gold Kurta came back into stock, I quickly ordered one. After hearing how much my friend Paula liked hers, and my love for Lauren's duvet.. I knew I needed one of these tunics. Last week I threw it on with leggings, flats and a Madewell cardigan, ( it's been COLD here! ) and I loved it.. so perfect and comfortable-

oh, and a little sneak peak of me in my new reading glasses.. one part of the headache problem solved.. more on that later-

I love Tory Burch flats. I'm not really concerned that some out there say they are overdone and everyone wears them. If your in the US, you're probably right. But here in Alberta, you see them few and far between. So until everyone is wearing them, I will continue to. I love the cream for spring-
