so nice to meet you

the greatness of tone on tone and texture caught me here-

the laid back greatness of an island retreat here,

and a cocoon of a personal bedroom above their busy workspace here,

Lisa Sherry Interieurs based out of NC has built a firm with personality, charm and wit. It's so apparent, and I adore it.

fab designer, Karla Amadatsu of Kerrisdale designs

If you read the new Condos Lofts & Apartments ( House & Home ) you'll probably recognise this gorgeous BC apartment. Home owners Mark and Samantha turned to Karla Amadatsu, principle designer of Kerrisdale Design, to give this space a new lease on life, and she did just that-

I could, in an instant, settle right into this space. Karla's design aesthetic, along with the needs and style of the homeowners created a space that is crisp, fresh, well layed out, and includes tradition and youth. Have a look..

I love the palette. It's classic.. adore classic.
I also adore Karla of Kerrisdale Design and the lovely Janis Nicolay who photographed the space.

lowcountry designer, Angie Hranowsky

Designer Angie Hranowsky. Her home in Charleston SC is brilliant. Have a look-

A modern home built in the 1970's gives off more of a 50's vibe.

I am crazy about every single piece of furniture in this room, set off by a brilliant violet rug-

mirrored console, fab gallery, not to mention the lighting-

magenta upholstery, and a gorgeous lady-

mellow yellow and more great lighting-

love open shelving in a kitchen, and a fabulous back splash-

add a little orange,

back to the brilliant magenta, and a table that I am still wishing I had bought at PB when I was there, a drum table very similar to this one-

great silhouettes and wallpaper, and a little cutie too-

brilliant outdoor space, lounge space, surfboards, and fabulous windows-

love , love, love.
I envy the use of color, different colors in different spaces. What a beautiful home.
I have the urge right now to rearrange + redecorate my whole home. Oh dear.. what the weekend may bring... what are you up to?

fab designer

Amy D Morris. Interior Designer Atlanta, GA
I'm pretty smitten-

Sometime, somewhere, I WILL have a door that splits in half. Can't you just imagine standing there calling the kids in for lunch?

A sweet, gentle baby room, it's darling-

moss, in a cement trough, yup.

It's clean, crisp and classic, with a touch of weathered and aged

ready to swoon?
