Either way you look at it, I WANT this space.

Not wrong to want the space, just wouldn't want to go through what she did to get it. Being Mrs. Billy Joel, while popular, never seems to be a very long-term position.

No, not wrong...in fact I think it's almost all white (groan, sorry!)

Nope. It's not wrong, because it is fabulous! Especially... well, everything. Those chairs are so great.

I've been coveting this space for a long time now too! I can't get over how great it would be to have those built-in's in the dining room - and a fireplace on the other side! The awesome black and white chairs and pink and orange flowers call out to me!!

Sarah, I have seen this picture before and I L-O-V-E it so much TOO! I especially like the white on white! I am not disciplined enough to pull that look off, I love it! great post, as always!

I prefer the more colorful display! I also digs katie's slouchy blue pants. Feel like I could NEVER pull those off though!

I think I like it better in the all white. Gorgeous either way though.

I really realllly want to find a way to display kitchen goods out on shelves like this. Think I might have to put my fiance and his handyman skills to work!!

I totally agree! Either space works for me.

I've only ever seen her dining room with those dark linen chairs (which are beautiful)... but I'm liking the new chairs with that geometric pattern too!!
Thanks for sharing!
