Love, love lamps in the kitchen. I have always had two, one on my bar and one in a dark corner on my kitchen counter. These two lamps are to die for. I have seen this pict before and I so agree it is gorgeous!1 Kathysue

That kitchen is GORGEOUS!! I would never have thought of putting lamps on an island. Very cool! Must be specially wired for it.
And those are the perfect lamps for that kitchen, aren't they. Glass seems so much better than a metal pair would have been. Very pretty.
That island is amazing! The lamps are also a nice change from the regular hanging type. Love it all!

yes, yes, yes! lamps are perfect anywhere! i like them in the middle of dining tables too! but i'm so anal, i'd have to be okay with drilling holes in the table to hide the cords....
Don't they look fantastic. I wish I had a kitchen big enough to do that!

My family thinks I'm weird because I love using lamps in the kitchen. Too bad for them ;)
