430sq ft jam packed with charm

I love small spaces. I may have said that before. A cozy room + cozy home is far more important to me than a big sprawling home that you can never keep clean. This sweet 430 sq. ft home perfectly fits the bill for a space packed with charm and character, and the 16ft ceilings and 9- 6ft windows don't hurt either -

I love the sun filled rooms, little hints of color, delicate patterns and unique pieces. What a lovely space.
( and I probably wouldn't complain about a big sprawling house either ;)

That is just so lovely. I wouldn't mind sitting down to breakfast at that cute little table.

I agree with you on cozy! I'd rather have great storage and a smaller space. This home is adorable. Love the chairs in the great room and the hints of color as well.

16 foot ceilings surely makes 430 sq feet feel much larger.

This house is definitely charming. I wish my tiny condo had 16ft high ceilings. oh, what a joy that would be. My 8ft. ceilings just don't do it for me.

So glad you found my blog...and even more excited that I found yours. I can't wait to read more of it. xo, Cristi

ps. You've got a new follower too. :o)

I love small spaces, especially if they have high ceilings and some kind of built-in storage is key! xx

It makes me feel guilty that our 1140 sq ft isn't big enough for two humans and two dogs.

Sun filled rooms are a must for me. I couldn't possibly live in a dark room. Luckily I've always had rooms with great windows.

You're posts are always a breath of fresh air in the morning. Thanks lovely!

love how they have made use of storage. I totally agree that a small house made perfect is nicer than a large house...that is on the tacky side. Bigger isn't always better.
Beautiful bathroom, kitchen space, very lux!
