I made a gluten free apple cinnamon loaf yesterday. Looks alright- ( she wouldn't touch it )
Lauren ( who is seeing a pediatrician on Friday ) has an intolerance to gluten. What, please tell me do you feed an overly picky, tantruming two year old who just wants a piece of toast with cheese whiz? ( ooh yeah, she has a dairy intolerance too :)

That must be a terribly tricky problem! Poor little lady! I will take that bread if she doesn't want it, though...

Looks delicious to me. The gluten free choices {thankfully} are getting better every day. I feel so bad for her. I hope she finds a treat that she loves.
Oh no! My Sister is gluten intolerant and my Sister in law is dairy intolerant and has celiacs. I'm sure you have read all the gluten free blogs so I will only suggest gluten free goddess ;) But for kids...that's tricky. Berry crumble and soy ice cream could be breakfast!
