Calleigh's ( my daughter, she's 4 ) headboard finally got it's makeover. It seriously took all of 5 minutes this morning. One coat of grey paint and ta da...I love it, so does she-

Your 'ta da' is terrific. You took an outdated headboard with great lines and brought it back from it's depths of despair. Great job and great inspiration for your readers.
Your daughters headboard turned out Awesome! I have that same headboard for our master bedroom...Pier 1, right? Now I am tempted to paint it. I have not painted anything yet, I have a couple projects i want to do. Just wondering if you used a brush or sprayed it, and what kind of paint...semigloss? Thanks for sharing your time with us.
