snow day

April 8th 2010. Started out a lovely day.. I was wearing my new burberry flip flops-
5pm a ridiculous storm blows in, knocking out power at the center, leaving goalies on the ice in the dark - it never fails, Kevin ( my husbands birthday ) is next weekend - it ALWAYS snows around his birthday.. I guess spring can now officially start.
( the power only stayed out for 10 minutes, thank goodness.. ice starts to melt when there is no power :)

    That looks cold!! It hardly ever snows here at sea level, but the mountains around us get snow which is lovely.
    Burberry flip flops - have you posted a pic? They sound great!

    I really hope it DOESN'T snow on Kevin's birthday and you can continue to wear your flip flops. Funny...my husband's name is Kevin and his birthday is next Sunday!

    thumbs up to burberry flip flops, thumbs down to snow in april. flurries in ontario today but no storm and nothing that will stay.
