add this to my long list of inspiration photos for my " one day cabin ". Isn't it fabulous?

Rattan, Louis trunks, Hermes blankets, palm fronds, canvas- oh yeah, and hanging daybeds :)

cottage lust

remember my cottage I'm dreaming about one day owning? I am adding this room into the plans. How I would love to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon immersed in this sofa reading a Dorothea Benton Frank novel. sigh.*

designing my cottage again...master suite? So masculine, yet so darn inviting. Side table+pure joy.

such a fantastic mix of elements in this hamptons cottage. The space comes across so calm, yet it is full of life and color. Such a lovely cane chair, and lucite coffee table. Small details like the trim on the drapes, and the smattering of dark pieces really ground the room, and focus your eye in key places. Light wood floors and monochromatic colors leave the space airy. Beautiful.

cottage+ charm

a dream of our is to one day have a cottage getaway. A laid back, comfy, furnished with a mix of new and alot of old. That place that the kids will bring their family's. It's a long time off..but I like to plan ahead!
