adding warmth
I love the warmth that natural wood and baskets bring to a home. Just a piece or two is perfect for me. It's been a stuck at home kind of weekend, it's cold and drifting snow.. too yucky to tote two kids around. The down time is actually quite lovely after the busy of the holidays, x

I really love the island in the kitchen with the marble top. It's so perfect for the space!
I am in the process of trying to decide what will be wood and what will be painted in our home...I love the combination of the two, it adds so much more than once material and color throughout.

I love the contrast of a crisp white room and a natural element like wood or non-dyed natural fibers

Funny, I have been looking to all my wood objects in the house to warm my look. I am feeling very Ralph Lauren all of the sudden.
