beachy + blue... what did you do?

It was a pretty low key weekend around here, which sometimes is just what I need. The weather on Saturday was hot and lovely, so it was playing sand, swimming in the little pool, making water slides ( the girls I should say ;) and a BBQ at grandma and grandpa's. Quiet, together and perfect. What was great about your weekend, I'd love to know what you were up to!

Sarah, that sounds like a wonderful weekend! I can't wait for long summer days - won't be too long away :)
I had to work last weekend so that wasn't fun but Lyn and I bought a Wii - we are both now very still and sore from overdoing it!! Big kids :)

That sounds like the loveliest weekend. I would spend all my weekends at a beach/lake/river if I could; well all the weekends I wasn't spending in the mountains.

Jealous of the warm weather! Can't wait for spring to turn down here...
Our weekend? We had an all-out Toy Story 3 themed birthday party and played Settlers of Catan. To infinity and beyond ;)

Sounds like the perfect weekend. I didn't get up to much, just ran some errands, had lunch out and watched way too much tv. :0)

Hey thanks for asking, The husband and I spent the weekend in pure Michigan lounging in the pool with family and friends.
It's lovely to get out of Chicago and recharge.

I like the photo of that room. I had to work part of the weekend.

Sounds perfect where you are. I took my little one camping with friends. My husband could not come, so off we went without him. My boy had so much fun with the four other children, and I was quite proud of myself. Walking in the river was a highlight. Watching little headlamps and flashlights run through the dark was another. It was great. Thanks for asking!

Sounds like a perfect weekend, Sarah! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary, walked all over Vancouver hanging out with tourists and had a few glasses of champagne;)

What a wonderful weekend! I spent my weekend organising my tax - so, not quite as fun as yours, haha!
