I really love burlap being used as a table runner and that rex and regina chair is cute :) I can see where these pictures might change your mind on the whole burlap thing!

I actually just made a burlap runner for my dining room table, just last week! It was such a great addition, it's my new favorite part of the room. Fun post - I love that CL chair.

Im on the fence... But I like those table skirts from ballards and I think the fringed bedskirts are pretty cool too.

Ballard has had burlap table skirts forever and even way bach when, all I could think of is how scratchy. I know they are all the rage and I think a table runner to add texture is nice but to be honest I am on the opposite side of the fence. I am not a fan either. I think I would much rather use linen for the color and texture. I Know I am not in the majority on this one. I find it interesting to look at in others homes but just not for me.

I love the way the burlap looks and the texture that it brings to the room. It doesn't seem like a practical choice for a chair, but I do own a burlap runner that I use for my dining room table on occasion.
