gold dust

I do love a bit of gold + brass, it carries such warmth-

like a little nail head detail on our chairs,


another gold lined bowl, I may be starting a collection!

it's even apparent in my choices of accessories,


old brass pulls have such character


and the thrift find light I picked up months back-


I have alot of metals mixed in this house, but I like the contrast :)

    I'm with you Sarah! I love gold! I know it is ott and maybe that is why it is so gorgeous. The chairs are scrumptious.

    I am loving me some gold right now.....I always had some gold and almost changed it out when silver was so popular but I didn't.

    Nothing I love more than a little gold and I'm so with you on the mixing- I think they are all quite happy together and the addition of some gold just adds the perfect amount of glamour and shine. LOVE your new nailhead detail.

    Love the touches of gold. Over the last few years I have been adding this into my home and I love the warmth it brings. So great mixed with other metals. One of these days we're going to have to meet! If only we lived closer.

    I've been seeing more and more gold-tones and brass around, which is a nice change from all the silver. I'm still trying to manage working it into the mix... ;-)
