adding warmth

I love the warmth that natural wood and baskets bring to a home. Just a piece or two is perfect for me. It's been a stuck at home kind of weekend, it's cold and drifting snow.. too yucky to tote two kids around. The down time is actually quite lovely after the busy of the holidays, x

    I am in the process of trying to decide what will be wood and what will be painted in our home...I love the combination of the two, it adds so much more than once material and color throughout.

    Sarah baskets are something I plan on adding more of to my decor this year and I just started writing a post on that very subject today. Love your images and I agree, when it is cold and wintry outside it is so nice to snuggle in a blog hop!!! kathysue
