her back entry, I love the draped table
the island, carpet and fancy lighting really make the space come into it's own..
a quiet little spot to post your inspiration, love this idea, it's subtle-
you can see the whole tour of her home here, and in the new issue of CH&H you'll see her home decorated for the holidays.

I am in love with this home. An absolutely perfect way of showing how to mix style elements successfully. Love it. xK
ReplyDeleteCanadian House & Home is one of my favorite mags for this very reason. I grab it off the shelves and pay the damage every time!

I know! I feel like she would be constantly changing around her house. Have you ever seen Style Dept.?? It's her show on HGTV about when she was working at Wish Magazine. Anyways, I saw one episode where they made over her front entryway and it looked GORGEOUS!! And then I saw it again in this home tour and it was completely different!! I envy that way of life! Ha ha.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful home! I love that staircase!
ReplyDeleteSo true...I love it when I see people's homes that have small details letting you know about the people who live there!
ReplyDeleteSuzanne Dimma is one of my all-time favourite designers. I have pored over every one of her houses, featured on the pages on H&H.. She is unconventional and inspiring.. thanks for the heads up..
ReplyDeleteLove that first image, the stairs is so plain and simple but really stylish :) Thanks for sharing

ReplyDeleteIt is a great issue of H&H. I can't even count how many times I've flipped through it (and reread it).
