right?!Thank you all so much for taking the time to talk headaches! I cannot even tell you how much I appreciate it. I have an appointment with my chiropractor tomorrow, eye doctor next week, and we have an appointment with our family doctor tomorrow for Lauren, so I may try to sneak my headaches into conversation :) Your comments were SO helpful and made me think of new reasons.. like Gluten, my youngest has an intolerance and we haven't figured out who she got it from, they say it's hereditary? I've been drinking water all day, working on my computer as little as possible, and going for walks to get away from my desk. Thanks again, you guys rock.

ReplyDeleteB. I missed your headaches issue, but still wanna throw in my 2 cents. I'm a celiac and I used to suffer mad headaches (amongst other terrible things pre-diagnosis)- but cutting out gluten eliminated 98% of headaches for me.
I hope you get that taken care of. They're the worst.

I'm sure you're OK, it's probably your eyes and something to do with computers. Anyway I scrolled down a few posts to see that cute photo of you and your husband!! ReplyDeleteI agree, every room needs a hint of black to 'ground' it! I hope everything goes well at your appointments and you find the cause/remedy for your headaches. I left work early yesterday because of a migraine, they SUCK! Fortunately I don't get them that often.

ReplyDeleteYou poor thing! I hope you have gotten some good support and advice from your doctors. You know it might also be worth seeing a Naturopath - they go a little broader and deeper in areas that regular doctors won't touch.
ReplyDeleteA gluten allergy can come out of nowhere.. It did for me and I am off all gluten since a couple of weeks. Already feeling better.
