lowcountry designer, Angie Hranowsky

Designer Angie Hranowsky. Her home in Charleston SC is brilliant. Have a look-

A modern home built in the 1970's gives off more of a 50's vibe.

I am crazy about every single piece of furniture in this room, set off by a brilliant violet rug-

mirrored console, fab gallery, not to mention the lighting-

magenta upholstery, and a gorgeous lady-

mellow yellow and more great lighting-

love open shelving in a kitchen, and a fabulous back splash-

add a little orange,

back to the brilliant magenta, and a table that I am still wishing I had bought at PB when I was there, a drum table very similar to this one-

great silhouettes and wallpaper, and a little cutie too-

brilliant outdoor space, lounge space, surfboards, and fabulous windows-

love , love, love.
I envy the use of color, different colors in different spaces. What a beautiful home.
I have the urge right now to rearrange + redecorate my whole home. Oh dear.. what the weekend may bring... what are you up to?

  4. Sarah, I think you need a bright bouquet of flowers and some new bright pillows with color in them and maybe a new lamp. See where my mind goes? I know the feeling and for some reason if I get some of these things I feel like I have a whole new room. Can't wait to hear what you wind up doing!! COLOR!!!!

  16. Hey Sarah! I'm taking a break from packing and thought I would check in. All is a bit hectic but i'm feeling much calmer than I thought I would as I packed up.

I love this house. I love the simplicity of the design, colours, openness and bungalow style. Would love the patio!!

    have a great weekend!

  21. Just discovered your blog and love it! You are so right, this designer and her use of color is brilliant (as is your color treatment of your daughter's room). Would absolutely steal all of the lamps and lighting from her home!! Can't wait for more!(Do you set limits to guard against overuse of exclamation marks..?) Susan

  23. I adore this house. But it's true that she stalked the brand new owner of this house, bought it, made it perfect, and then put it on the market!! I wonder if it has sold? Hope to see her next house!
